Teams of 2 or 4 runners

Relay Marathon

Teams : in duos or as a quartet

Every year, many teams take part in the full marathon distance as a relay. This can be done as a team of 4 or 2 people. For our teams of 4, exchanges can only be made at one of the 3 main aid stations, and each runner covers 1 section of the course (approximately 10km). For the duos, exchanges can be made halfway in Noordwijk, so each person runs a half marathon.
